What happened
Wingsuit jump from about 4,000 m with 16 other jumpers. After opening, the main canopy went into a 360° spiral, most likely from line twists caused by opening at high forward speed or in a poor body position, and kept spinning until he hit a residential building near the airfield. The PKBWL concluded he lost consciousness because of the fast rotation and high g-force. The reserve and wingsuit were undamaged.
