Reports go straight to the site administrator by email. Nothing is published automatically: every report is checked by a person first, and your name and email are never shown on the site.
Helpful details
- Date, country and drop zone
- Type of jump (fun jump, student, tandem, wingsuit, demo…) and the jumper’s experience
- What is known about what happened – facts only, please, no speculation
- Links to news articles, official reports or drop zone statements – especially for records that say “No public source is linked yet”
- For a correction: the record number (for example SFL-2025-052)

If you lost someone listed here, we are sorry. You can ask us to correct a record, remove details, or – if you wish – show their name and a link to a memorial page. Just tell us in the form or write to info@skydivingfatalitylist.org.
