What happened
Training for accuracy landing competitions; third jump of the session from 1,000 m. After a normal exit he rolled from a stable belly-to-earth position onto his back and fell without recovering, and opened his main parachute too low. The ÚZPLN found the equipment was working and worn correctly and the weather played no part.
