Freefall collision
Jumpers collide in freefall, often at breakoff or when one falls much faster than another. A collision can knock a jumper unconscious, so an automatic activation device is often the last line of defence. SFL has recorded 8 fatalities in this category since 2022.
Newest first. Records are compiled from public sources and many are still being verified.
