What happened
Active hobby jumper with about 300 jumps (70 in the 2026 season). Planned a high-performance (swoop) landing on a 120 sq ft canopy. Freefall, opening and canopy flight were normal until the final part of the landing. Calm, sunny weather; equipment serviceable.
